UPDATE ON MASKS
“The NC Safe Schools Toolkit is an interim guidance provided by the State’s Department of Health and Human Services, which does not directly oversee district, charter schools, or private education for profit businesses. Although we consider and weigh this guidance in our decision-making, it is not a formal, legal mandate. Instead, we make decisions based on current local conditions. Unless there is a shift in current conditions or new laws, wearing a mask will be an individual personal option for students and staff at Inspirations Dance Centre.”
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month September through May. A late fee of $10 or 10% of total owed is applied to tuition balances that are unpaid after the 5th of the month. (Separate polices for Company members, see contract and handbook)
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card at the dance centre during regular office hours or placed in the payment box. Credit card payments (with applicable fees) may also be made through your Parent Portal Online Account.
What other fees should I expect throughout the year?
Costume deposits are due October 15th; however, you can pay an additional deposit at any time prior to when full payment is due on November 15th. If you change your schedule, your costume amount may change, too.
A $100 per family non-refundable recital fee is due by March 15th. This fee is separate from your costume payment and helps defer the costs of our yearly gala. This fee includes 1 Souvenir Program Book, Digital Recording of Gala, 1 Gala t-shirt, and 4 Gala tickets. Additional t-shirts are $15 and additional tickets are $10 each. This is subject to change year to year. Pandemic protocols have changed the gala location and IDC’s normal inclusions for gala packages per family.
How do I drop a class?
Please notify the office staff within 30 days of the need or want to drop a class. We will make every effort to accommodate last minutes changes. However we operate much like a fitness gym membership. It can take time to process the request.

The office is staffed:
Monday 4:30-7:30pm
Tuesday 4:30-7:30pm
Wednesday 4:30-6:00pm
